The missions of francization of ships, collection of navigation rights and management of maritime mortgages are transferred to other jurisdictions. As of January 1, 2022, the General Directorate of Customs and Indirect Duties will no longer be responsible for the francization of ships and the collection of navigation fees (DAFN and passport fees).
