What trend is currently standing in terms of investment?

Stéphane Biez : On remarque que les gens ont de l’argent à placer car ils ne dépensent plus dans les loisirs, les voyages, les restaurants, les sorties, etc.The French have never spared as much as during this period of confinement.Some have used this savings to invest in furnished rental real estate (LMNP) and thus create non -tax rental income.They decided to invest in a long -term asset, heritage creator, rather than put their money on booklets.At the same time, and while many French people have decided to withdraw their money from the investments, we have on the contrary, advised our customers to invest in the financial markets.They did well to trust us, many of them achieved a 40%performance, thanks in particular to investments in artificial intelligence.

What about real estate?

Stéphane Biez : Grâce à l’immobilier, nous avons fait plus de 22 % de croissance l’année dernière.In this uncertain climate, the French wanted to invest in a security asset, real estate.Our customers were then able to buy in the major French metropolises (Le Grand Paris, Nantes, Bordeaux, etc..) and others have turned to investments with high potential for retraining in secondary residence or in seasonal rental (in Corsica, in the south of France or in the Arcachon basin).As I indicated, we have also advised some of our customers to invest their dormant savings in real estate to rent in the status of non -professional furnished lessor (LMNP), in order to allow them to receive additional incomeImmediate and non -tax.On the other hand, in terms of rental management, we noticed fewer requests for the rental furnished in Paris, because people are looking for outdoor spaces and that teleworking leads them to move away from thecapital city.

What are the firm's development prospects with regard to these issues?
